No. 1 in the province! Jiangsu Neusoft helps the photovoltaic power generation project of Jiaxing United Sewage Plant to generate more than 18 million kWh of electricity per year, saving more than 5,600 tons of standard coal every year!

On December 27, in the Jiaxing City Joint Sewage Treatment Plant, Xitangqiao Street, Haiyan County, Jiaxing City, a huge silver steel arm lifted the photovoltaic panels to the blue sky, which was particularly spectacular under the warm winter sun, and the blue photovoltaic panels covering the pool shone in the sun.

On the same day, the first grid-connected point of the photovoltaic project of Jiaxing United Sewage Plant was accepted, and the full-capacity grid-connected power generation will be realized in February next year. The project is invested by Jiaxing Jiayuan Ecological Environment Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Jiaxing Water Group, and the EPC work of the consortium of PowerChina East China Survey, Design and Research Institute Co., Ltd. and Jiangsu Neusoft Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. A total of 29,983 modules were installed in the project, which were installed by prestressed flexible supports, with a total installed capacity of 17.09MWp, ranking second in the country and first in the province among similar projects, effectively helping Zhejiang's energy structure transformation and achieving the dual carbon goals. "Jiaxing Joint Sewage Treatment Plant has a wide area, open surroundings and sufficient sunlight, and has the advantages of photovoltaic power generation." According to Ma Huibin, general manager of Jiaxing Water Group Jiayuan Ecological Co., Ltd., the investor of the project, photovoltaic power generation not only has no impact on production, but also shows some "secondary effects", such as the photovoltaic panels above the secondary sedimentation tank block the direct sunlight, effectively inhibit the growth of green algae in the pool, reduce the frequency of manual cleaning, this three-dimensional installation method, to maximize the intensive and efficient use of land. It is reported that the total investment of the project is 101 million yuan, and the mode of "self-consumption and surplus electricity is connected" is adopted. After the completion of the project, the average annual power generation is 18,766,300 kWh, reducing the operating costs of tens of millions of yuan, compared with the same power generation of thermal power, it can save more than 5,600 tons of standard coal every year, reduce about 15,000 tons of carbon dioxide, about 1.5 tons of sulfur dioxide, and about 2.5 tons of nitrogen oxides, which has very significant economic and environmental benefits.

Xu Zhanpeng, project manager of PowerChina East China Survey, Design and Research Institute Co., Ltd., the general contractor of the project, said that since the start of construction on October 9, the project has progressed rapidly, and about 70% of the project volume has been completed. The project uses high-efficiency N-type TOPCon PV modules and industry-leading intelligent inverters, and will be connected to the grid at full capacity by the end of February next year.
